Year to Year
There is I thing that we all have in common…. LIFE… We all go to weddings, family reunions, banquets, class reunions & special events. There are certain songs that the DJ plays that draws people out on the dance floor. Most people who get on the dance floor are under 50 yrs old and the 50+ guests are hesitant to get on the dance floor because they don't know what to do and don’t want to embarrass themselves or they feel that they can’t execute the steps correctly. In their hearts they are dancing and in their chairs they are moving their feet.
I started teaching Soul Line Dancing because I wanted others my age to get out on the dance floor too. After the evening was over, I was sweating like I had gone to the gym. I thought "Why not combine them". I realized that I can disguise exercise with dance and get a great workout without even knowing it.
